Rely Telecom, incorporated in 2002, was setup to be an independent supplier of voice services to the SME market. Since incorporation the telecommunications industry has changed vastly and as a result Rely has had to work to keep ahead of its competitors by taking on the new innovations in technology to ensure we supply all the services our customers require. CONSULTANCY NOT SALES We do not operate a sales team that constantly cold calls potential customers trying to close deals over the phone. We operate a team of consultants who will seek appointments to personally visit clients. At this point a complete review of their services will take place, from per minute pricing to high speed data connections. A result of this consultancy service will be documented in a report detailing a Cost Benefit Analysis which highlights cost reductions and service improvements. We feel that at this point the ‘selling’ is done as the report will speak volumes and you the client can make an informed decision on whether to proceed or not. ONE STOP SHOP Rely’s customers consider us to be a ‘one stop shop’ for all Voice & Data Communications services. By partnering with many of the UK’s largest providers we are able to supply every element of the customer’s communications requirements thus simplifying any current solution they may have in place. Remember if a fault was to ever occur then there would be only one person to contact: you would not have to first establish which organisation looks after that specific service before reporting the fault. ONE BILL During a survey we undertook we established that many businesses become frustrated that they received so many different invoices for communication services. One client in particular was receiving the following invoices: British Telecom Plc Line Rental Services 8 invoices Uniworld Ltd Call Charges 2 invoices Europacom Ltd ADSL (broadband) 2 invoices 02 Plc 1 Mobile 1 invoice Vodafone 4 Mobiles 4 invoices Easynet Leased Line 1 invoice This is a total of 18 invoices received monthly. Rely was able to take all the services from their existing suppliers and provide 1 monthly invoice for all the services presented to their exact specification. This greatly simplified a part of their accountancy process and also reduced the time taken by their accounts clerk to process the invoices. BESPOKE We pride ourselves on not offering ‘tariffs’ to our customers. As a part of the consultancy process the consultant will evaluate your business calling profile to establish what destinations are called the most. A bespoke tariff is then built for you and you alone. For example if you had an office based in France we would endeavour to push the price right down for this key destination to make your tariff as competitive as possible. What is the point of having an excellent call rate to Australia if your company never makes a single call to that destination? INDEPENDENT One of our largest achievements is that we have managed to remain fully independent. Over the last three years the telecoms market has seen a significant amount of consolidation and as a result this has limited the customer's choice of available products & carriers.
